During the production of soap, a wide range of defects can occur, which, although immediately visible to the human eye, can vary greatly in appearance. A multi-camera system consisting of reflected light, transmitted light and 3D inspection reliably detects all defect characteristics. The evaluation takes place in the VisionCommander® image processing software.
