What is Neuralyze®?
Neuralyze is a Vision AI platform for industrial quality assurance. The software detects defects, deviations, and quality issues in areas where rule-based image processing reaches its limits.
The approach: Instead of defining rules, Neuralyze learns from examples. You show the system images of good and defective parts, and it recognizes the patterns on its own. The result is a decision: reject, sort, or re-inspect.

Integrated into 24/7 production lines worldwide such as automotive, electronics, medical technology, and food.
Key Benefits
No-Code
Neuralyze Desk lets you train neural networks without any programming knowledge. From data preparation to production deployment — all within a single, intuitive, graphical tool.
On-Premise
The image data never leaves your company. Neuralyze operates entirely on-premises, in compliance with the GDPR, and without a cloud connection. Information about your production process remains with you.
Proven in Production
Vision AI has established itself in the field of optical quality assurance since 2015, and senswork has been using the technology in production since 2017. Neuralyze builds on this experience, making thousands of decisions 24/7.
Hybrid Approach
Complex inspection tasks require more than just a neural network. Neuralyze combines traditional methods and vision AI in a single system which includes preprocessing, postprocessing, and traditional measurements.
Areas of Application
Vision AI solves inspection tasks that were difficult or uneconomical to address using traditional methods. At the same time, it accelerates the implementation of applications that were previously solved using conventional methods. These industries are already using Neuralyze®.

A Bridge Between Research and Industry
We adopt new insights and technologies in industrial image processing at an early stage so that they can be put to use in industry and research. In doing so, we are paving the way for the future of quality assurance in the machine vision industry.
Our partnerships reflect this role as a bridge: We develop new methods in collaboration with research institutes, and we work with industry associations on standardization and practical implementation.
Your Introduction to Vision AI
-
Request a Trial License
Whether it's a trial, research, or production—every start is different. Please briefly describe your project to us.
We'll get in touch with you with the appropriate license and information in the next steps. -
Your Audit Assignment, Our Assessment
Not every inspection task is suitable for Vision AI. Before you invest, we’ll analyze the feasibility using your data.
We’ll discuss your requirements, analyze sample images, and assess the chances of success.
The initial analysis is free and non-binding.
