The manufacture of medical technology products requires exceptional quality assurance performance. A dual camera system with intelligent axis-based focusing optically inspects the grinding quality of cannula tips during production. With a resolution of just 3 µm and multiple image acquisition, our system offers the possibility to detect the smallest defects on cannula tips.

Optionally, the device can also be combined with our Deep Learning software Neuralyze®.
