Fakra connectors are used in automotive electronics for the transmission of signal data such as GSM, GPS or camera data. In order to meet the high quality requirements even in the fully automated production of high volumes, a leading supplier of these products relies on senswork's inspection technologies.

A total of seven cameras inspect features such as connector coding, eccentricities, wobble circles, pluggability using virtual connector gauges and many other quality characteristics. To ensure that all inspections can be centrally managed and parameterized, senswork's VisionCommander is used in the production machine.
