Automate tire retreading processes—with the senswork Tire Code Reader

When retreading tires, an intact tire carcass is reused to save resources and extend service life. After an initial inspection, the old tread is removed and the carcass is checked and repaired. A new tread is then applied—either hot or cold, depending on the process—and permanently bonded during vulcanization. A final quality control check ensures that the tire is approved for use.
