senswork is strategically realigning itself and, with the introduction of the “Operations” department, is creating a high-performance unit that is fully dedicated to operational processing. This step is a response to the growth of recent years and lays the foundations for a sustainable corporate structure.
The new management level is made up of long-standing employees:
- Jochen Gollwitzer – COO
- Sabrina Nitsch – Director Operations
- Michael Zwirglmaier – Director Operations
The decision for this restructuring is based on the goal of increasing efficiency, optimizing processes and further expanding senswork's competitiveness. The new department will centralize operational processes, make better use of resources and clearly define responsibilities.
